- Create source-to-target data mappings and implement transformation rules for banking entities
- Develop automated validation, reconciliation, and exception-management workflows
- Troubleshoot conversion defects and perform root-cause analysis across systems
- Support mock and production conversion weekends with execution, validation, and issue resolution
