About this role
Outset Medical seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System across clinical and home settings. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration to support a revolutionary dialysis technology.
What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities and patient homes
- Perform preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades, and system verification
- Provide first and second-level technical support including after-hours and weekend coverage
- Document service activities in ERP system and manage spare parts inventory
- Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide feedback to R&D on product performance
- Support marketing, sales, and trade show demonstrations as needed
