About this role

Palantir seeks a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer to support customer success by embedding with teams to maximize outcomes across their data platform deployments. You'll balance direct customer support with building scalable enablement tools and infrastructure, working across startups to enterprises to help them leverage Foundry & AIP platforms effectively.

What you'll do

  • Embed with centralized customer success teams to maximize product deployment outcomes
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customer development teams building workflows
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues for customers across various industries
  • Develop innovative tooling and infrastructure to scale customer enablement
  • Collaborate with external customers to optimize their use of Palantir platforms
  • Contribute to internal processes and tools that improve customer value delivery
