Associate Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Associate Forward Deployed Engineer role supporting the deployment and operationalization of AI-driven solutions within enterprise environments. You'll collaborate across software engineering, DevOps, and customer delivery to integrate and deploy production-ready AI solutions that meet business objectives.

What you'll do

• Deploy AI-based applications and automation workflows into production environments with configuration, integration, and validation support
• Develop and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, scripts, and automation tools
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, containerization, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in live environments, escalating as needed
• Translate business requirements and use cases into scalable technical solutions aligned with workflows
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks

• Programming in Python or similar languages
• AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI tools
• Cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• APIs, system integration, and MCP
• DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization
• Technical troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Technical communication to non-technical stakeholders
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
