What you'll do
- Design and implement manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and PCB production
- Conduct design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews and optimization studies
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive yield improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with design engineering on component selection and supply chain optimization
- Develop test procedures and validation protocols for manufactured products
- Document processes and create work instructions for manufacturing teams
