About this role

Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with customers of venture-backed tech companies to implement, integrate, and optimize sophisticated technology solutions in production environments. You'll bridge product engineering and customer success by solving complex technical challenges, building custom integrations, and translating customer needs back into product improvements.

What you'll do

  • Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and business challenges
  • Design and deploy solutions using the company's core technology stack
  • Develop integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and custom technical implementations
  • Debug complex issues across customer and product environments
  • Translate recurring customer challenges into actionable product and engineering insights
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to drive successful deployments
