About this role

Per Scholas seeks a Critical Infrastructure Learning Specialist to support instructor-led training in data center operations and facilities management. You'll co-teach electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems concepts to adult learners while maintaining rigorous safety and operational standards.

What you'll do

  • Co-deliver instructor-led training on critical infrastructure systems (power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, building management)
  • Conduct one-on-one tutoring, progress monitoring, and performance assessments for students
  • Supervise hands-on lab exercises involving electrical panels and mechanical systems while enforcing OSHA/NFPA safety compliance
  • Evaluate student troubleshooting skills using scenario-based diagnostics and performance checklists
  • Track student grades, attendance, and performance data in Salesforce/LMS platforms
  • Contribute 10% of time to curriculum development, professional development, and product feedback cycles
