About this role
Rain is seeking an IT Systems and Automation Engineer to drive operational efficiency across their fintech infrastructure company. You'll blend hands-on IT support with building automation and AI workflows to eliminate manual processes, while ensuring security and compliance across a fast-growing, multi-office organization.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day end-user IT support and manage hardware/software provisioning through JumpCloud and Apple Business Manager
- Design and implement automation workflows in Okta and through Python/JavaScript scripting to streamline identity lifecycle and IT processes
- Manage IT asset inventory, SaaS portfolio licensing, and vendor relationships across all offices
- Architect and maintain office networking, AV infrastructure, and physical security systems using UniFi and related tools
- Support SOC 2, PCI DSS, and GDPR compliance efforts with evidence collection and access reviews
- Build AI-assisted helpdesk deflection and self-service solutions to reduce manual ticket volume
