Commercial Counsel-Infrastructure and GTM
About this role
Together AI seeks a Commercial Counsel to negotiate and manage infrastructure procurement agreements (GPU, cloud, power, colocation) while supporting enterprise customer deals and go-to-market partnerships. You'll build scalable legal playbooks across three fronts—infrastructure, sales, and procurement—while navigating data privacy, export controls, and regulatory compliance in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company.
What you'll do
- Lead negotiations for GPU, cloud capacity, data center, and infrastructure-services agreements with multiple vendors
- Negotiate infrastructure terms to align with customer commitments and ensure compliance with service levels and data protection obligations
- Manage enterprise commercial agreements including master agreements, data processing terms, and security exhibits for sales deals
- Handle export controls and trade-compliance requirements across compute and hardware transactions
- Build standardized templates, playbooks, and escalation workflows for infrastructure and GTM deal workflows
- Establish procurement processes, approval workflows, and vendor templates to enable repeatable internal deal-making
