About this role

What you'll do
- Develop product features for Replit's AI-powered development platform
- Build and improve AI coding agents that generate production-ready applications
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting global-scale development environments
- Create platform features enabling one-click deployments and scaling to millions of users
- Collaborate across full-stack (frontend, backend, database) to ship features
- Solve complex distributed systems problems for real-time collaboration
