About this role
A 12-week full-time summer internship focused on software support and development, where you'll troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with development teams, and gain hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud. What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical software issues via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Contribute to design, development, and testing of mobile, web, and server components
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Debug and maintain reliable, high-quality software
- Participate in structured learning and development activities approximately 5-6 hours weekly
- Contribute to a collaborative group innovation project over the internship duration
