About this role

Rho seeks an IT Engineer to serve as the primary technology support lead for their NYC office and distributed team. You'll manage device lifecycle, identity systems, office infrastructure, and IT operations while building scalable processes for a high-growth fintech company.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line IT support for employees across hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting
  • Manage device lifecycle for macOS and Windows including procurement, MDM, and secure offboarding
  • Administer identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack) with focus on onboarding and access controls
  • Oversee NYC office IT infrastructure including networking, AV systems, and conference room technology
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources
  • Collaborate with Security, People, and Finance teams on compliance and asset management
