About this role
ALSO seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 2/3 technical support and drive IT improvements across a modern SaaS environment. You'll manage identity and access systems, administer core IT platforms, mentor junior staff, and lead projects while supporting macOS, Windows, and cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Serve as escalation point for complex hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud issues across the organization
- Manage identity and access systems including Okta, SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle provisioning
- Administer IT platforms such as Intune, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Meraki, and SaaS tools
- Lead IT projects including migrations, tool deployments, and office expansions
- Mentor junior support staff and establish IT support best practices and documentation
- Partner with Security to maintain endpoint compliance and enforce security standards
What they're looking for
- 5+ years IT support, desktop support, or systems engineering experience
- macOS and Windows troubleshooting and administration
- Okta or similar identity platform management
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and Cisco Meraki hardware
- SaaS platform support and administration
- Incident management and root cause analysis
- Technical documentation and runbook creation
- Automation and process improvement
