About this role
Build backend services for tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain, enabling 24/7 trading of public and private equity on decentralized exchanges. You'll own systems handling issuance, custody, and settlement while maintaining strict correctness and syncing with traditional brokerage infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy backend services for minting, custody, and settlement of tokenized equities on-chain
- Develop product-facing features meeting correctness and scalability standards
- Build integrations between traditional market infrastructure and on-chain systems, including smart contracts and DEX flows
- Implement system improvements for performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and platform teams on technical solutions
- Ensure idempotency, reconciliation, and careful failure mode analysis for financial systems
