About this role

Rogo seeks a Security Engineer to architect and operationalize cloud security across AWS and GCP at scale. You'll own identity systems, network design, Kubernetes security, and infrastructure-as-code while mentoring teams and embedding security into core platform development.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement cloud security foundations including account structure, IAM models, network segmentation, and encryption across AWS and GCP
  • Author and maintain large-scale Terraform modules for IAM, networking, logging, and policy enforcement with secure defaults
  • Design and operate workload identity systems, service accounts, role assumption, and cross-cloud access patterns
  • Lead cloud networking architecture including VPC design, private connectivity, egress control, and isolation boundaries
  • Own Kubernetes and container security for production workloads (GKE/EKS) including cluster hardening, RBAC, and runtime controls
  • Build security automation across CI/CD pipelines and perform threat modeling for infrastructure changes
