About this role

Rogo seeks a Platform Engineer to lead infrastructure strategy for a rapidly scaling enterprise AI platform serving top financial institutions. You'll own Kubernetes-based architecture, reliability initiatives, and developer tooling while supporting 10x growth and maintaining banking-grade security standards.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement scalable, secure Kubernetes solutions for enterprise workloads
  • Define SLOs, capacity planning, and resilience improvements to support 10x customer growth
  • Own and improve internal platform systems including deployments, environments, and developer tooling
  • Identify and resolve system misconfigurations and architectural risks
  • Drive observability and operational workflow improvements across infrastructure
  • Partner cross-functionally with product engineers to unblock delivery and accelerate development
