AI GTM Engineer

About this role

Lead the build of an AI-native revenue organization at Samba, a media intelligence company. You'll architect systems that integrate fragmented GTM data sources to empower sellers, using Claude as the core AI platform to eliminate manual work and create operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Design and build systems connecting disparate GTM data sources (Gong, Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, HubSpot, etc.) into actionable seller intelligence
• Architect production-ready AI solutions using Claude to automate repetitive GTM tasks and improve team productivity
• Train and mentor the revenue organization on AI best practices and advanced Claude usage
• Identify and eliminate manual processes that create friction in the sales workflow
• Establish AI as core infrastructure across the revenue stack rather than point solutions
• Partner with sales leadership to define requirements and measure impact of AI-driven improvements

• AI/LLM architecture and production systems (Claude expertise preferred)
• Data integration and ETL pipeline development
• Sales operations and GTM process optimization
• API development and system design
• Python or similar backend programming languages
• SQL and data warehouse experience (Snowflake familiarity a plus)
• Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Problem-solving across complex, ambiguous workflows
