About this role
Samsara seeks a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for software engineering roles on its R&D team. You'll source candidates, manage requisitions, coordinate with hiring managers, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while building expertise in technical recruiting with structured mentorship.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering positions from intake through offer stage
- Proactively source diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and targeted strategies
- Execute structured intake calls with hiring managers and maintain transparent communication
- Track pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and refine sourcing and screening approaches
- Deliver timely updates and clear next steps to candidates at every stage
- Leverage AI-based tools and recruiting technology to streamline workflows while maintaining high-touch interactions
