Associate Product Developer

About this role

SharkNinja seeks an Associate Product Developer to support the Shark brand's product roadmap in Needham, MA. You'll drive new product development from concept through launch, define product specifications aligned with consumer needs, and own category sales performance while partnering across functions to identify market opportunities.

What you'll do

• Lead new product development lifecycle from brainstorm through mass production for assigned products
• Define and iterate product specifications based on consumer insights, market gaps, and available technologies
• Monitor assigned category sales performance and recommend new products to address identified gaps
• Conduct competitive product analyses and provide insights on market positioning relative to competitors
• Partner cross-functionally across the organization to drive product decisions and business results
• Progress and report on team deliverables with accountability for outcomes
