About this role

SharkNinja seeks an Electrical Engineer I to design and develop embedded electronic consumer products from concept through production. Working onsite in Needham, MA, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware and firmware development, testing, and compliance across the full product lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop consumer electronics from concept to production, including schematics, BOMs, and PCB layouts
  • Develop electrical specifications aligned to product requirements and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Support prototype bring-up, hardware verification, and troubleshoot issues through testing and root cause analysis
  • Perform circuit analysis and simulation to validate designs; contribute to design reviews for reliability improvements
  • Partner with product, quality, safety, and compliance teams; coordinate with global engineering on hardware milestones
  • Support EMI/EMC and electrical safety certification testing; build cost estimates and evaluate feature-to-cost tradeoffs
