Software Engineer, Agent - Financial Services

About this role

Sierra seeks a Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for financial services clients, including banks and insurers. You'll own the full agent development lifecycle, work directly with enterprise customers on mission-critical systems, and help shape Sierra's platform evolution.

What you'll do

• Build and ship highly performant AI agents for production environments serving financial institutions
• Own the complete Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration
• Partner with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and deliver AI agent solutions
• Guide platform evolution by surfacing customer needs and prototyping new tools
• Develop industry-specific AI agent frameworks and best practices
• Experiment with emerging technologies like voice models at enterprise scale
