About this role

Siena seeks a Platform Experience Engineer to resolve production issues across their AI agent platform end-to-end, working directly with customers to troubleshoot and build lasting solutions. You'll diagnose everything from webhooks to agent behavior, debug LLM workflows, and create automation so issues don't recur—with a clear path into deployment or platform engineering.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and resolve production issues spanning APIs, integrations, customer-side code, and agent behavior
  • Debug AI agent workflows and prompts to identify misconfigurations or failures under live traffic
  • Engage directly with customers to understand root causes and deliver fixes efficiently
  • Build automation, runbooks, and observability improvements to prevent recurring problems
  • Trace customer issues through logs and code across Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL
  • Provide technical feedback to product engineering on systemic issues and improvements
