Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Work directly with early customers to deploy and customize Simular's AI agents in production environments. You'll bridge customer needs with product development, building custom solutions and scripts while acting as a key liaison between customers and the core engineering team.

What you'll do

• Deploy and adapt AI agents for early customers in real-world settings
• Write scripts and workflows to customize agents for customer-specific needs
• Translate customer requirements into product features and prototypes
• Build custom solutions showcasing Simular's capabilities in production
• Communicate customer feedback to engineering and research teams
• Act as technical bridge between customer-facing and core engineering teams
