About this role
SK Hynix is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer Intern to join their SoC design team in San Jose for a 6-month internship. You'll develop and validate firmware for non-volatile memory devices across product phases, writing software to test critical SoC components and storage solutions.
What you'll do
- Write embedded software to validate SoC components throughout product development phases
- Develop firmware for non-volatile memory device testing and validation
- Contribute to storage solution development and integration
- Create test scripts and automation for SoC validation workflows
- Collaborate with hardware design teams on embedded software requirements
- Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues in prototyping and production phases
