Skild AI seeks a Deployment & Support Engineer to install, configure, and commission robotic systems at customer sites, then provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting. The role blends field deployment work with remote customer assistance, requiring both hands-on technical skills and strong communication abilities.

What you'll do

  • Lead robotic system deployments at customer sites, including installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and integration issues
  • Train customer personnel on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting procedures
  • Diagnose root causes of technical issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams
  • Document deployment configurations, support cases, and create troubleshooting guides and SOPs
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system reliability and collect customer feedback
