About this role

Skydio seeks an IT Operations Engineer to serve as the primary on-site technology support at headquarters in San Mateo, CA. You'll manage the complete employee technology lifecycle—from onboarding and equipment provisioning to offboarding—while providing front-line helpdesk support and maintaining conference room infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line IT support for walk-up requests and helpdesk tickets across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
  • Own employee technology lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, offboarding, account provisioning, and device management
  • Administer Okta for identity management including SSO, MFA, and user provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Manage device enrollment in JumpCloud, system reimaging, compliance monitoring, and hardware repairs
  • Handle equipment requests, asset inventory, purchasing, and device refresh cycles
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conference room technology including displays, cameras, and video conferencing systems
