About this role

Socure is hiring a Growth Engineer to build and scale their go-to-market engine through automation, AI integration, and data-driven experimentation. You'll architect growth systems spanning campaign automation, prospecting workflows, and viral product initiatives while leading a high-performing growth team.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute growth automation systems including campaign workflows, lifecycle drips, and AI-powered outreach tactics
  • Build dashboards, own growth analytics, and establish key metrics to measure performance across sales and marketing channels
  • Recruit and mentor growth talent while fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and impact-driven work
  • Develop viral tools, interactive demos, and mini-products that drive organic traffic and referrals across fintech, government, and eCommerce verticals
  • Create AI agents and workflows that automate prospecting, competitive monitoring, and customer communications at scale
  • Partner cross-functionally to architect experimentation systems and run A/B tests that optimize user adoption and revenue
