Infrastructure & Systems Administrator
About this role
Space Kinetic seeks a mid-level Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure supporting engineering, manufacturing, and export-controlled space operations. You'll manage servers, virtualization, networking, Microsoft 365, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment with significant travel requirements.
What you'll do
- Administer Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Rocky Linux) environments
- Manage Proxmox virtualization and deploy infrastructure to support company growth
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint
- Configure and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including switches, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless
- Support CMMC Level 2 compliance and cybersecurity initiatives
- Monitor system health, respond to incidents, manage backups and disaster recovery
