About this role
SpaceX seeks a Facilities Operations Engineer for the Starlink team in Redmond to optimize manufacturing and office facility operations. You'll develop processes, build dashboards, conduct data analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
What you'll do
- Design visual standards for work boards, JIRA, Power BI dashboards, and department workflows
- Support continuous improvement projects including process standardization and facilities initiatives
- Define and develop operational metrics with associated dashboards to measure facility health
- Conduct SQL-based data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Develop automation tools to reduce business risk and improve team efficiency
- Create reports and standardized measurement tools for operational improvements
