About this role
SpaceX seeks a Global Operations Engineer to support Starlink's leadership in business planning, process improvement, and change management. You'll analyze data, develop strategic initiatives, and lead cross-functional efforts to optimize operations and scale the business.
What you'll do
- Guide planning and resource allocation across Starlink verticals, developing business models and financial frameworks
- Identify and execute business improvement initiatives that enhance outlook and competitiveness
- Lead process and systems enhancements to improve team handoffs, customer experience, and business scalability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and build cross-department networks
- Define processes and build tools for resource expansion while managing risks and improving change management workflows
- Optimize value streams and operational efficiencies to drive company-wide impact and systemic scaling
