About this role
SpaceX seeks a Global Operations Engineer to drive process improvements and operational excellence across Starlink's rapidly scaling satellite internet business. You'll identify inefficiencies, develop data-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Apply lean and process improvement methodologies to optimize customer experience, supply chain, logistics, and accounting operations
- Identify root causes of engineering and operational issues, then develop immediate and long-term solutions
- Build data analysis tools and dashboards to track customer experience and internal performance metrics
- Coordinate feedback loops between design, engineering, software, sales, customer service, and operations teams
- Lead projects with aggressive timelines while managing stakeholder communication and resource prioritization
- Support new product and feature rollouts through design reviews, beta testing, and documentation
