About this role
SpaceX seeks an Integration & Test Engineer to support the development and rapid refurbishment of reusable rocket fairings at Vandenberg Space Force Base. You'll execute integration and testing procedures for flight hardware, collaborate across engineering teams, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency for Falcon 9 and Starlink missions.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute integration and testing procedures for fairing flight hardware and ground support equipment
- Provide engineering support for fairing refurbishment, testing, and re-flight operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and technical teams to resolve nonconformances
- Manage multiple priorities while supporting launch manifest execution and mission milestones
- Implement process improvements to enhance reliability and reduce labor costs
