International Infrastructure Operations Specialist (Starlink)

About this role

SpaceX seeks an International Infrastructure Operations Specialist to manage global ground station partnerships and operations for Starlink's satellite internet network. You'll identify and negotiate agreements with suppliers including datacenters and ISPs while optimizing costs, delivery timelines, and service reliability across regions.

What you'll do

• Identify and establish regional and global supplier partnerships for acquiring and operating ground infrastructure
• Negotiate and execute long-term supplier agreements with flexible terms
• Ensure on-time, on-budget procurement and delivery of ground infrastructure
• Meet aggressive targets for supplier spend, speed, and quality metrics
• Build regional expertise in business, technical, and regulatory matters to assess infrastructure health
• Drive standardization and scalability of planning processes and workflows
