About this role
SpaceX seeks a Supervisor for Infrastructure at Starbase to lead construction site operations and manage teams of laborers and contractors. You'll oversee logistics, safety, scheduling, and procurement for Starship infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Supervise construction site logistics, work schedules, progress tracking, and resource allocation
- Implement and enforce safety policies while driving safety culture across the jobsite
- Manage SpaceX construction assets including trailers, equipment rentals, and material inventory
- Coordinate daily field operations, conflict resolution, and contractor/internal team communication
- Create and enforce worker and subcontractor schedules in coordination with engineering and project management
- Procure contractors, manage budgets, track costs, and oversee sub-project execution
