Forward Deployed Engineer, Privy

About this role

Privy seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company and its key customers, designing and shipping features that address real developer needs on crypto infrastructure. You'll combine full-stack engineering with product thinking to architect solutions, manage deployments, and drive customer success while working directly with major clients.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to understand technical objectives and prototype tailored software solutions
• Design, develop, and launch product features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js with end-to-end ownership
• Manage feature deployments including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Analyze customer codebases to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
• Champion customer feedback and ensure alignment between product roadmap and customer needs
• Advocate for customer success across internal engineering, product, and business teams
