About this role

Substack is hiring an iOS Engineer to lead sponsorship features on its creator platform, building experiences that connect brands with writers while maintaining user trust. What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain sponsorship experiences in Substack's iOS app for creators and audiences
  • Contribute to product strategy and brainstorming sessions around sponsorship features
  • Design and iterate on mobile and web flows, conducting A/B tests to measure impact
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and support staff from concept through implementation
  • Work directly with sponsorship partners to gather requirements and build solutions
  • Participate in customer support to maintain empathy for user needs
