Enterprise Solutions Engineer
About this role
Lead enterprise-scale implementations of Tennr's healthcare automation platform for large health systems and provider groups. You'll own the full lifecycle from discovery through go-live, combining technical expertise with strategic customer advisory and cross-functional leadership to drive complex workflow automation projects.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from pre-sale discovery through post-go-live optimization
- Conduct operational audits and design scalable automation solutions using Tennr's platform and APIs
- Lead cross-functional alignment, manage project delivery, and navigate change management with large customers
- Reimagine healthcare workflows using automation best practices rather than replicating legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape delivery scope and influence product strategy
- Mentor junior team members and maintain documentation for knowledge transfer and internal process improvement
