About this role
NISC seeks a full-stack software developer with back-end focus for its Meter Data Management Software team, which provides data storage, analytics, and validation solutions for utility companies managing Advanced Metering Infrastructure data. You'll design and maintain scalable applications while troubleshooting complex technical issues in a collaborative team environment.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and scalable data engineering solutions
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across application and data platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software for meter data management and analytics
- Contribute to code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
- Support utility customers in analyzing, troubleshooting, and validating billing and operational data
- Innovate and improve the Meter Data Management platform serving 1200+ utilities
