About this role
AHEAD is seeking a SIEM and Data Management Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain security information and event management systems for managed security services. You'll oversee data collection, analysis, and compliance reporting while supporting enterprise clients' security operations.
What you'll do
- Deploy, configure, and maintain SIEM platforms and related security tools
- Manage security data ingestion, normalization, and correlation across multiple sources
- Design and optimize data retention policies and compliance reporting workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot security event processing and alerting systems
- Collaborate with security teams to develop detection rules and incident response procedures
- Document system architecture, configurations, and runbooks for operational excellence
