Software Engineer III

About this role

Tower Research Capital seeks a Software Engineer III to design and maintain highly scalable infrastructure services supporting a quantitative trading platform. You'll manage Kubernetes/Docker deployments, optimize CI/CD systems, and develop tools for build and release management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Design and manage scalable services on hybrid cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker
• Improve and maintain build system tools including CMake and Buck2
• Develop dependency and release management systems for smooth software deployment
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability, performance, and scalability
• Ensure infrastructure is resilient, secure, and meets team and business demands
• Evaluate and advocate for tools that enhance automation and developer productivity
