- Perform in-depth performance analysis using Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs) and Special Interest Items (SIIs)
- Evaluate system performance across timing, track quality, discrimination accuracy, and related metrics using large datasets
- Conduct deep-dive investigations with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
- Act as technical liaison between analysts and developers, converting analysis into development tasks
