About this role

Trace3 seeks a Performance Assessment Engineer to analyze and evaluate system performance through developing analysis tools, detecting regressions, and translating technical findings into actionable improvements for DoD programs in Huntsville, AL.

What you'll do

• Develop software tools for post-processing analysis and visualization of system performance data
• Track program updates and analyze results to identify performance regressions after code changes
• Perform in-depth performance analysis using Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs) and Special Interest Items (SIIs)
• Evaluate system performance across timing, track quality, discrimination accuracy, and related metrics using large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deep-dive performance investigations
• Translate technical analysis findings into actionable development tasks and create briefing materials for stakeholders
