About this role
Twilio is seeking a Software Engineer (L2) for a remote position to enhance and scale Stytch's core identity product. The role involves building backend systems for authentication and partnering with leadership to deliver impactful features within a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
What you'll do
- Develop backend capabilities for Stytch's identity platform.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate customer needs into product features.
- Align architecture and platform capabilities across teams.
- Take technical ownership with design documentation and code review.
- Solve complex problems and enhance developer experiences.
- Improve production quality through observability and incident management.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in cloud-based systems design
- Familiarity with modern programming languages
- RESTful API design experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on-call rotation
- Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, and DynamoDB (desired)
- Experience building developer tools (desired)
