About this role
UiPath seeks a Healthcare Sales Engineer specializing in payer operations to serve as a trusted advisor helping health plans and insurance organizations identify and implement AI-driven automation solutions. You'll partner with executives and technical teams to uncover transformation opportunities, design solutions, and demonstrate measurable business value across claims, prior authorization, care management, and other core payer processes.
What you'll do
- Advise healthcare payer organizations on leveraging AI agents and automation to optimize operations and improve business outcomes
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand process challenges and develop automation roadmaps with measurable value potential
- Design and deliver demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value engagements showcasing UiPath platform capabilities
- Partner with account teams on account strategy, growth opportunities, and solution alignment to customer priorities
- Support technical evaluations and guide customers through architecture, security, governance, and deployment discussions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to influence innovation and solution development
