About this role

Veeam is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support their Government and Sovereign Cloud environment within their global SRE function. This role involves collaborating with senior engineers to enhance reliability, respond to incidents, and engage in documentation and observability tasks.

What you'll do

  • Understand VDC workloads and operational workflows
  • Write and maintain operational documentation
  • Participate in incident response and postmortems
  • Implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
  • Enhance monitoring through instrumentation and alerts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability improvements

  • Experience with Azure and Azure Government
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
