What you'll do
- Provide first-line IT support for in-office and remote staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Use AI tools to triage tickets, write scripts, draft documentation, and accelerate problem resolution
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and onboarding workflows for new employees
- Support AV systems and conference room technology, including event setup for company meetings
- Collaborate with IT team members on technology rollouts, system upgrades, and process improvements
- Maintain IT documentation and work cross-functionally with Workplace Services and People teams
