About this role
Join Vercel's CDN Content team to build and optimize the global content delivery infrastructure serving billions of requests. You'll work across Go, Lua, and TypeScript to improve caching, image optimization, and rendering technologies like ISR and PPR, with focus on performance, reliability, and safe production rollouts.
What you'll do
- Build and improve services for ISR, PPR, and image optimization across the serving path
- Execute independent projects from implementation through safe rollout with feature flags and progressive deployment
- Monitor production systems, build dashboards, and maintain metrics and alerts for shipped features
- Contribute to observability and testing infrastructure including dashboards, logs, and e2e test suites
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident follow-ups to improve system resilience
- Collaborate with teammates and partner teams through design discussions, code review, and pair programming
