NPI Engineer

About this role

Wayve, an Embodied AI company developing autonomous driving technology, seeks an NPI Engineer to lead the successful launch of new hardware and software products. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across product development, engineering, safety, and operations to ensure production-ready, scalable solutions that accelerate AI development.

What you'll do

• Drive hardware/software programs toward agile development cycles and program milestones
• Develop and refine scalable NPI frameworks tailored to agile development
• Coordinate launch readiness across Field Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Fleet Operations
• Oversee release planning including alpha, beta, and phased rollout strategies
• Implement feedback loops from stakeholders and early adopters to address issues
• Lead post-launch retrospectives and process improvements
