Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Wealth.com seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with financial services clients during platform deployments, integrations, and high-stakes production events. You'll design scalable custodian integrations, maintain security and operational rigor in regulated environments, and provide hands-on troubleshooting when clients go live—balancing client-facing work (15–25% average, up to 50% during cutover) with backend integration architecture.

What you'll do

• Design and build reusable integrations between Wealth's platform and custodian systems that scale across multiple clients
• Apply security expertise to external financial institution integrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Embed with clients during peak deployment windows and production cutover events to ensure platform reliability
• Maintain operational discipline around credential rotation, key management, deployment procedures, and incident response
• Operate effectively in high-scrutiny environments including bank compliance reviews, security audits, and regulatory examinations
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in real-time in front of banking clients
