What you'll do

  • Design and implement network solutions translating business requirements into LAN, CAN, WAN, voice, and video telecommunications infrastructure
  • Perform LAN/CAN/WAN administration and coordinate network conversions and cutovers with stakeholders
  • Diagnose and resolve network and system incidents by coordinating with end users and operations personnel
  • Conduct engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives to support modernization and infrastructure enhancement projects
  • Analyze network design specifications and related technical documentation
  • Provide technical support to telecommunications end users and program management teams
